We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide:

Inspect Before / Upon Delivery
Because our items can be large, heavy, and fragile, we strongly recommend the following:
If picking up from our warehouse:
Please carefully inspect your product at pickup.
Once the item leaves our warehouse in good condition, we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs after collection.
If receiving delivery:
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at info@vanityliving.com.au with photos or videos so we can assist.
Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will review the issue and organise a replacement, refund, or resolution as appropriate.
No restocking fee applies to damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
Restocking fees apply only to change-of-mind returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days, provided the item is:

In perfect condition

In its original packaging
A 20% handling and restocking fee may apply.
This covers inspection, repackaging, and warehouse processing.
All shipping fees (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
